Complex password requirements, password locks, and password expirations have all been put into place to prevent brute force attacks and password guessing.

For the best platform security, all of our software runs on the Amazon Web Services (AWS) platform, which provides all of the server, database, and storage needs for your business. Benefits of operating on AWS include automatic backups of your data, fail over sites, dedicated personnel that constantly monitor the platform, and a response team that resolves any issues that may arise.

Finally, we have worked to secure customer payment information through integration with CardConnect via their hosted iFrame Tokenizer. This separates our platform from the processing of customer payment information, so no credit card information passes through any Antera servers or connections.
