Last week, the Antera team touched down in Las Vegas for the promotional products industry’s biggest event of the year, The PPAI EXPO. From the moment we landed, the schedule was packed with strategy sessions, celebrations, and invaluable face-to-face time with the people who power this industry.

Starting Strong: User Groups & Strategy
We hit the ground running on Monday—before the show floor even opened—with The Antera Exchange. Antera Users joined our expert product leaders to maximize their platform power.
There is no substitute for sitting in a room with our power users, diving deep into product roadmaps, and hearing direct feedback on how Antera impacts your daily operations. The insights we gathered during these sessions are already helping shape our development priorities for the coming year.
Celebrating Partners: Avalara and Fiserv
This week wasn’t just about software; it was about the ecosystem that supports your business. We were proud to partner with industry leaders to host two standout events:
- The Distributor Council Dinner: A huge thank you to our integrated partner, Avalara, for sponsoring an intimate evening of fine dining and high-level strategy. It was a perfect setting to discuss the future of tax compliance and technology with our Distributor Council.
- The Client Happy Hour: We closed out a busy Tuesday night at Libertine Social, sponsored by our friends at Fiserv. It was fantastic to see so many clients and partners raising a glass, networking, and celebrating the start of a new year together.
Expo Live: Insights from Jason Alabaster & Moses Brudnyy
One of the proudest moments of the week came early on Day 1, when Antera’s VP of Operations, Jason Alabaster, and Business Analyst, Moses Brudnyy, took the stage for an interview on Expo Live.
They discussed the evolving landscape of distributor technology and how Antera is helping businesses streamline complex workflows.

During the segment, Jason touched on Antera’s newest leadership additions:
“Amy Rabideau has been instrumental in helping us build a community and network as we continue to grow, and continues to solidify our presence within PromoStandards. Mandy Shearer has worked with distributors for the last 25 years. She will collaborate with our distributor partners during their implementation journey.”
Moses also highlighted how we listen to the painpoints from industry companies through their day-to-day operations:
“Antera Software strives for all back-office operations to happen in one system. Fragmented systems need to go away.”
Jason mentions Antera Software’s status as a family-owned business:
“We control our roadmap and do what our community expects of us to grow and continue to innovate for them. A lot of that is on the back of PromoStandards to streamline as much as possible.”
On the Floor: Connecting with the Industry
Throughout the week, the Antera booth was buzzing. We had the privilege of reconnecting with our long-standing clients, shaking hands with prospective partners looking to scale, and strategizing with our Elite Suppliers. Strengthening these supplier integrations is key to our mission of creating a seamless supply chain for every Antera user.

We left Las Vegas with full hearts, a stack of notes, and a clear vision for the future. PPAI Expo 2026 confirmed that this industry is moving fast, and Antera is ready to lead the charge.
