To everyone who traveled to Plano to join us—thank you
It was an absolute pleasure to see our headquarters buzzing with energy last week! On Thursday, March 12, we opened our doors at 5301 Headquarters Dr in Plano, TX, for the Antera Open House. As the VP of Client and Community Engagement, there is nothing I enjoy more than seeing our leadership team, elite suppliers, integrated partners, and forward-thinking distributors all in one room, sharing ideas and building the future of our industry together.
Our theme for the day was Upgrade Your Professional OS, and thanks to our incredible lineup of speakers and attendees, we did exactly that.
Insights from the Main Stage
We packed the day with actionable sessions designed to remove friction and accelerate growth. Here are a few highlights from our featured speakers:
- Accelerating the Lead-to-Quote Cycle: Bill Peterson from Peak Sales Advisory Group kicked things off by showing us how to tighten the gap between first contact and a closed deal.
- From Handshake to Bank Account: Tony Panega from Fiserv walked us through the critical steps of bridging the gap between sales and actual revenue.
- The RevOps Friction Audit: RJ Hagel from The Promo CMO challenged us to look inward and identify the internal hurdles slowing down our operations.
- Growing Territory, Not Liability: Jessica Solon from Avalara provided essential insights on scaling sales regions while staying compliant.
Innovation in Action
Beyond the presentations, the day was filled with hands-on opportunities to see where Antera is headed. Attendees got a front-row seat to:
- Powerful New Integrations: A major highlight was showcasing our strengthened partnerships with Fiserv and Avalara. We demonstrated how these seamless integrations allow our users to automate complex tax compliance and streamline payment processing directly within the Antera ecosystem—eliminating manual entry and reducing risk.
- Product Demonstrations: Real-time looks at how our platform is evolving to be the connected platform for your business.
- Best Practices: Collaborative discussions on the latest in sales and marketing strategies.
The Power of Community (and Our Incredible Suppliers)
While the data and strategies are vital, the networking opportunities remind us that this industry is built on relationships. Seeing distributors and suppliers connect over food and drinks–and more food– and shared challenges is what makes these events so special.
A massive part of that strength comes from our Elite Suppliers and Integrated Partners. We know that our distributors’ success is directly tied to the reliability and quality provided by the supplier community. It was a privilege to have so many of our top-tier partners in the room, sharing their latest product lines and discussing how we can further bridge the gap between order entry and fulfillment.
To show our gratitude, we kicked off the festivities with a special Supplier Appreciation Dinner. It was a fantastic evening of great food and even better conversation. Taking a moment away from the spreadsheets and software to simply say thank you was a highlight for our entire leadership team.
Our continued success and our rapid growth are direct reflections of your success. The opportunities ahead of us—whether it’s streamlining your order process or connecting your workflows—are limitless.
To everyone who traveled to Plano to join us—thank you. Your feedback and presence fuel our innovation. If you weren’t able to make it this time, we missed you! We are already looking forward to the next opportunity to host our community.
