Built on Community: Why Face-to-Face Innovation is the Future of Promo Tech
In an increasingly digital and remote world, it can be easy for software companies to retreat behind their screens and build features based on assumptions. But in the promotional products industry—a space fundamentally driven by relationships, tangible goods, and complex logistics—building in a vacuum simply doesn’t work.
That is why our Spring 2026 Distributor Council meeting, held right here at our headquarters in Plano, TX, was so vital. Hosting our close distributor partners wasn’t just a nice-to-have; these face-to-face moments are essential to how we evolve.
Getting to sit across the table from our partners to listen, challenge ideas, and co-innovate ensures that our roadmap isn’t just built on code—it’s built on community. Throughout our sessions, we didn’t just showcase our plans for the new Presentation Module, Aether webstore updates, or the Learning Management System (LMS). We put our prototypes on the screen and asked the hard questions. They told us exactly what processes were too cumbersome, where our automations were slowing them down, and what tools they actually needed to scale their businesses.
Because of these honest conversations, we are actively reshaping our development priorities. We are refining our Wholesale Order Form for lightning-fast, massive orders, building out multi-ship capabilities for Aether, and developing an end-client store setup wizard.
A massive thank you to our council members for their transparency and vision. We’re walking away with a wealth of insights that will directly shape the future of our shared platform. Your willingness to dive into the weeds proves that the best software is forged through true partnership.
We know exactly where we are going—together.
