The Software Customer Support Specialist will interact with the development team to identify enhancements, as well as work with the customer to train, educate and troubleshoot their software issues and/or concerns.

  • Answer incoming customer software questions via phone, email and chat.
  • Provide customer end-user support and training on all Antera software.
  • Test new code builds on QA, Dev, and demo systems pre and post release/rollout.

  • Utilize help desk software/ticket tracking system.
  • Setting Appointments for B2B sales team.

Skills Required:

We are looking for a Full Stack React Developer with about 2 years of experience. You will need a good eye for UI – CSS will be a big part of what you do. You will be required to take two coding tests along with one or more video interviews.
