Job Description

We need someone with high energy that can balance a lot of tasks with ease and enthusiasm. We are looking for great people skills and an eagerness to get the job done and move up. We try to promote from within, so if you have aspirations beyond this role you will have the opportunity to move into another position should one become available and you show flair or ability for it.

The applicant will be required to work in our Plano office and provide support to sales, customer support, development, and executive levels. This role would suit a competent administrator/multi-tasker who likes to take on new challenges and is quick to learn. Although we do not get many customers visiting our offices, this is a front desk customer-facing position. We would like someone outgoing with a great telephone manner. We are a growing software company and your role will require you to take on some technical tasks like product testing, or uploading excel spreadsheets, so someone with some IT in their background or a sound grasp of it should do well, but we are not ruling out anyone.

One absolute must is proficiency in Excel. You will be using it a lot and we need you to be able to hit the ground running. If you would rate yourself a 7 or above you will go to the front of the line. It’s better to under-promise and over-deliver on that skill.
