Cardconnect is integrated with Antera’s web stores and Advance™ order management systems as a payment processor. A button on invoices and quotes allows a payment to be received. Customers also have the ability to use eCheck technology and reduce fees.
TaxJar integrates with Antera and provides automated tax calculation for web stores and order management orders. Customers can select simple tax reporting and /or tax reporting and filing to simplify monthly reporting to multiple states.
Antera has integrated all 8 PromoStandards endpoints into our systems. The connections are dynamic and as suppliers expand capabilities they are automatically updated to the Advance™ system.
SAGE provides a desktop-based search engine for promotional products. Using the “Push To Antera” button within SAGE users can select from hundreds of thousands of promotional products and push them to a quote or order within Advance™.
Distributor Central provides products search in Antera’s order management system within Advance™ for the generation of quotes and orders. Distributor Central also offers live search in web stores. You can be selective to allow only preferred vendors and products, or open up the search to any of Distributor Central’s thousands of products. Preferred vendors can be set up to automatically sync on a predesignated schedule to ensure all pricing and information is as up-to-date as possible.
ESP provides a search capability within our Advance™order management system, or within our web store products. Users have the option to select preferred vendors or all available vendors. Paypal integration allows Advance™ users to provide multiple options for credit card and secure transaction processing. Through the PayPal integration, users can be directed to their own PayPal account and feel secure that all transactions are separate and secure.
Xero is a cloud-based fully operational accounting system integrated with Advance™. Purchase orders, invoices, customers, vendors and even products automatically populate into Xero when integrated with Advance™. There is no duplicate data entry. There is no export and upload of anything because Advance™ automatically feeds all the necessary data to Xero. Advanced inventory in Xero provides users the ability to manage all aspects of customer or distributor owned inventory.
QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop systems are both fully integrated with Advance™. Purchase orders, invoices, customers, vendors and even products automatically populate into QuickBooks. There is no duplicate data entry. There is no export and upload of anything because Advance™ automatically feeds all the necessary data to QuickBooks. Advanced inventory in Advance™ provides seamless feeds to QuickBooks.
Print UI provides our customers a web-to-print (W2P) solution offering online convenience, design flexibility, and control over customers’ brand image. The system allows designers to upload Adobe InDesign or Adobe Illustrator templates to simplify the work in our system and provide advanced features.
Customers using Shopify web stores are able to automatically feed orders to Antera Advance™ and have seamless order management including inventory and payment processing.
Integration with MailChimp allows users to create a target list as well as export those lists and use MailChimp for mail campaigns. Open and click statistics can be fed back to Advance™ for analysis.

Antera has over 400 open API’s that are available to push or pull data from all modules in the system.
Email is integrated with Advance™ to allow users to enter SMTP and IMAP credentials to receive and send emails. Users also have the ability to add multiple accounts within the same client.
Authorize.net is an alternate payment processor integrated with Antera Web Stores. Tokenized transactions enable our customers to get the benefits of automated credit card processing, without managing PCI compliance.
SyncApps allows Advance™ users to connect multiple third-party products directly with its CRM. Through this application, users have the ability to automatically feed all statistics regarding email or newsletter mailers directly into the CRM. Mailing campaigns can be managed in the CRM, and receive all applicable click-through data from third-party applications.
Customers using Magento web stores can automatically feed orders to Antera Advance™ and enjoy seamless order management including inventory and payment processing.
Antera Advance™ integrates with Microsoft Dynamics to push orders and invoices. Our live link technology allows for connection to Dynamics in real-time.
Advance™ is fully integrated with freight carriers in our web stores and order management module. Our ability to use direct API connections or ShipStation, provides our customers options to meet all of their shipping needs.

Australian suppliers do not have the ability to publish products using search engine like the US. The Australian Promotional Products Association has developed a search engine that Antera has integrated and made available for all of our Australian customer.
